NOTICE THE CULLMAN County Commission is now requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional grant management services required to implement the County’s FY14 Recreational Trail Project No. 14-RT-54-07. The project will involve the construction of a foot bridge which will connect the southern portion of the multi-purpose trail around the Duck River Reservoir. Factors to be considered in the award of this contract will include familiarity and experience with Cullman County (5 points), appropriateness of the firm’s proposed scope of services (30 points), experience of the firm administering federally funded grant projects (30 points), availability and qualifications of key personnel assigned to the project (30 points), and cost of proposed services (5 points).
