PUBLIC NOTICE - 201 ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT NOTICE OF UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK (UST) CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN AND REQUEST FOR COMMENTS CULLMAN COUNTY Jet Pep Inc., P.O. Box 143, Holly Pond, Alabama is required by ADEM to implement a Corrective Action Plan for remediation of soil and/or groundwater which has resulted from a release from an underground storage tank located at Jet Pep #2, 1311 3rd Street Southeast, Cullman, Alabama. The site is identified as Facility I.D. Number 12740-043-008991 and Incident Number UST11-08-04. The proposed remediation methods include air sparge with soil vapor extraction. Copies of the Corrective Action Plan are available for public inspection at the following location Monday – Friday (except legal holidays), 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
