NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an Order authorizing GLB Exploration, Inc., or some other party, to drill, complete and produce a well in the Layton, Cleveland, Oswego, Prue, Red Fork, Bartlesville, Unconformity, Misener Sandstone, Hunton, Viola and Simpson common sources of supply for the 320-acre drilling and spacing unit underlying the N/2 of Section 8, Township 10 North, Range 1 West, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, at the following location: North/South East/West Location-ft Location-ft NCT 1,350' FSL NCT 1,600' FEL The proposed location is not a permitted location under the terms of the Orders referred to above. The Applicant requests the well, if a commercial producer in the common sources of supply named herein, be permitted to produce without penalty. Further, Applicant may request that said Order be made effective on a date prior to its signing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the location described above is moving toward the following described property: (a) S/2 of Section 4, S/2 of Section 5, N/2 and S/2 of Section 9, and S/2 of Section 8, Township 10 North, Range 1 West, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: (a) That the Applicant, or some other party, be designated as the party authorized to drill, complete and produce the proposed well. (b) That the well, if a commercial producer in the common source of supply named herein, be permitted to produce without penalty. (c) That, at the request of the Applicant, the Order may be made effective on a date prior to its signing. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 23rd day of February, 2015, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
