Case No. PB-2015-37 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING To all persons interested in the Estate of Sheila Ann Lowery: You are hereby notified that on the 4th day of February, 2015, the Petitioner, Michael Heitz, c/o Law Offices of Josh Copeland, 124 E. Main St., Norman, OK 73069, filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, a Petition for Summary Administration of said Estate. The Petitioner has alleged Sheila Ann Lowery, age sixty-five (65) years old, passed away on November 28, 2014 as an unmarried woman, domiciled and residing at 1610 Surrey Dr., Norman, Oklahoma 73071, in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, leaving an estate of personal and real property valued at $79,742.00. Petitioner has asked the Court for certain relief pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 58, §§ 245, et seq. Petitioner has alleged Sheila Ann Lowery did not leave a validly executed will. The name and address of the Decedent’s heirs or devisees are as follows: Name: Michael Heitz Relationship: Son Address: 1610 Surrey Dr. Norman, OK 73071 In an Order for Combined Notice entered by the Court, the Court ordered dispensation of the regular estate proceedings prescribed by Oklahoma law, ordered notice to creditors, and issued an order for hearing upon the Petition of Michael Heitz. The Court has appointed Michael Heitz as Special Administrator of the Estate of Sheila Ann Lowery, deceased. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice: (1) All creditors having a claim against Sheila Ann Lowery, deceased, are required to present these claims, with a description of all security interest and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claims to: Michael Heitz c/o Law Offices of Josh Copeland 124 E. Main St. Norman, OK 73069 You are advised that the claim of any creditor not shown in the petition will be barred unless the claim is presented to the personal representative not more than thirty (30) days following the filing of the petition and combined notice. (2) Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 23rd day of March, 2015, at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom of Judge Bonner at the Cleveland County Courthouse, at which time all matters which have been brought to the attention of the Court pertaining to the Estate of Sheila Ann Lowery will be considered. You are advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and/or the final account and petition for determination of heirs of the decedent; distribution of decedent’s estate; and discharge of the Special Administrator at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the petitioner, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections to the petition. If such an objection is filed before the hearing, the court will determine at the final hearing whether the will attached to the petition (if there was one) should be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed. /s/ Judge Stephen W.
