Notice of Executive Session of the City of Terre Haute Fire Merit Commission Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1, the City of Terre Haute Fire Merit Commission hereby gives notice of an Executive Session. This session will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Courtroom, First Floor, City Hall, 17 Harding Avenue, Terre Haute, Indiana. This session is being held to address issues pertaining to charges preferred by the Fire Chief, and at said session the Commission will receive information pertinent to the preferred charges and the alleged misconduct of a firefighter and discuss, before a determination, the resolution of those issues before a hearing on the firefighter's status as an employee, all as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6)(A) and (B).
