PUBLIC NOTICE REGION D WATER PLANNING GROUP To All Interested Parties: Notice is hereby given that the NETRWPG Region D will convene a public hearing, pursuant to Texas Water Code § 16.053 and as directed by an Order of the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) issued on January 8, 2015. A copy of that Order may be found at https://www.twdb.texas.gov/home/tabs/doc/hot/twdb_order.pdf. The Public Hearing Will Be Held: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 2015 AT 1:00 P.M. MT. PLEASANT CIVIC CENTER 1800 N. JEFFERSON MT. PLEASANT, TEXAS 75455 This public hearing is for the purpose of soliciting public comments on proposed revisions to the 2011 Region D Water Plan that resolve an interregional conflict as described in the foregoing Order.
