(Published in The Norman Transcript February 11, 2015, 1t) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Jean Edwards, the owner of the hereinafter described property, has applied to the Board of Adjustment of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, for a Variance from Section 421.1 (3)(a) of Chapter 22 (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Norman, to wit: A Variance to the required 25 front yard setback to allow an existing garage to remain. Said Variance is requested for the following property: Lot 14, Block 4, MEADOW PARK ADDITION, to the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
