Southern Iowa Electric Cooperative is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP), considering possible options to build a 50 or 100 KW solar array to be installed at our headquarters. If a project is determined to be economically viable then a professional agreement may be signed with construction expected to possibly occur between October and December 2015.
