Case No: FD-2014-138 FGN: 789888001 ORDER AUTHORIZING SERVICE BY PUBLICATION NOW on this 9 day of February, 2015, this action comes before the Court upon the State of Oklahoma, Department of Human Services (hereinafter DHS), Child Support Services (hereinafter CSS), Application to Authorize Service by Publication. The Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds that DHS/CSS has submitted a sworn affidavit in which it attests that it is not able to locate Defendant Brandi Nicole Harrison and not able to effect service of process by any other method upon Defendant Brandi Nicole Harrison. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that DHS/CSS is granted permission to serve Defendant Brandi Nicole Harrison by publication. The Court will conduct further inquiry into the sufficiency of DHS/CSSs search to determine the whereabouts of Defendant Brandi Nicole Harrison before entering a final order in this action.
