BIDS WILL BE OPENED AND READ ALOUD AT THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, 20 Linden Avenue, Cooperstown, New York at 11:00 A.M on MARCH 3, 2015. Bidders are advised not to rely on next day mail services.
