No. CJ-2014-1566-TS NOTICE OF SHERIFFS SALE ON the 1st day of April, 2015, at 10:00 oclock a.m., at the County Courthouse in Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, will offer for sale, and sell for cash to the highest bidder therefor, with appraisements, all that certain real estate located in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to wit: Lot 15 in Block 4, Normandy Manor Addition to Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, aka 2604 Scott Dr., Norman, OK 73069 together with all the buildings, improvements and appurtenances, hereditaments, and all other rights thereunto appertaining or belonging, which property has been appraised at $130,000. Said sale will be made pursuant to an order of sale executed upon a judgment entered on February 9th, 2015, in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2014-1566-TS.
