NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on February 27, 2015, an application was filed with the Federal Communications Commission, Washington, D.C., seeking consent to transfer the control of Texas A&M University-Commerce with regard to the operation and control of Radio Station KETR-FM at Commerce, TX from the old Board of Regents to the new Board of Regents. Texas A&M University-Commerce is a non-profit, educational entity, and the stations address is PO Box 4504, Commerce, Texas 75429-4504. The old Board of Regents, as reported to the Federal Communications Commission in the Year 2013, was Dr. Richard Box, Phil Adams, Morris Foster, Elaine Mendoza, Judy Morgan, Jim Schwertner, Cliff Thomas, John White, James Wilson, and Quinten Womack. Upon approval of the transfer of control application, the new Board of Regents will be Phil Adams, Morris Foster, Elaine Mendoza, Judy Morgan, Cliff Thomas, Anthony Buzbee, Charles Schwartz, Robert Albritton, and William Mahomes, Jr. KETR-FM operates on an assigned frequency of 88.9 Mhz, with an effective radiated power of 100 kilowatts.
