(Published in the Woodward News Friday,March 6, 2015) REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ANNOUNCEMENT NOTICE The City of Woodward 1219 Eighth Street Woodward, OK 73801 Telephone: 580-256-2280 The City of Woodward announces a Request for Proposal (RFP) for flowerbed landscaping/ maintenance services. Requirements: Weed and debris removal, and mulch application in flowerbeds at approximately nine (9) locations, to be done a minimum of twice monthly. Planting flowers as directed by the Park Superintendent. Proposals shall include hourly rates for maintenance and planting. Weather conditions will determine the duration of the contract and number of times each location is to be serviced. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held April 1, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Interested parties should meet Mike Lowden, Director of Facilities, at the Public Works Administration Building, 700 Lakeview Drive, Woodward, Oklahoma, for discussion of expectations and tour of locations. Liability insurance will be required. Selection process will include interview by City staff.
