CASSELL, DECEASED Case No. PB-2015-14 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS; NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND THE PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE AND DISHCHARGE NOTICE IS HEREBY given to all persons interested in the Estate of David J. Cassell aka D.J. Cassell, Deceased, that on this 3rd day of March, 2015, Alice Jane Cassell, whose resident address is 201 North Baltimore, Allen, OK 74825, filed a Petition for Summary Administration in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, praying that Letters of Special Administration issue to her. Said Petition further prays that the heirs at law of said Decedents be determined; the property of the Decedents subject to the jurisdiction of this Court be distributed, and that the Special Administrator/Personal Representative be discharged, and for other relief as prayed for in said Petition, which Petition you may refer to for further particulars. TO ALL CREDITORS OF THE ABOVE NAMED DECEDENTS: All creditors having claims against David J. Cassell aka D.J. Cassell, Deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Alice Jane Cassell, Personal Representative, at Sandmann Law Office. Claims should be addressed to Johnny Sandmann, attorney for the Personal Representative, 28 N. Main, Coalgate, OK 74538, on or before the following presentment date: March 24, 2015, or the same will be forever barred. The above named Decedent, David J. Cassell aka D.J. Cassell, died testate on the 3rd day of April, 2012, on the date of death, the Decedent was domiciled in Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma. The total value of the Estate of the Decedent as set forth in the Petition is unkown at this time, but far below the summary administration requirement of $200,000.00. That the name and address of the heir or devise is: Alice Jane Cassell, 201 North Baltimore, Allen, OK 74825. The Petitioner has asked that this Court proceed pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herin, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order of hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration and petition for determination of heirs, legatees and devisees and distribution. Pursuant to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 20th day of April 2015, at 10:00 A.M., in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge, or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said date, in the Pontotoc County Courthouse in the City of Ada, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time for hearing said petition presented to the Court on said date. All persons interested may appear at said hearing. You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and Petition for Determination of heirs, legatees, and devisees, and distribution prior to the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioners attorney, Johnny Sandmann, Sandmann Law Office, 28 N. Main, Coalgate, OK 74538, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.
