(Published in The Norman Transcript March 7, 14, 21, 2015, 3t) NOTICE BY PUBLICATION No. CJ-2015-73 Charles M. Hardrick; unknown spouse, if any, of Charles M. Hardrick; unknown HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF Charles M. Hardrick; UNKNOWN TENANT, IF ANY, OF 604 hedgewood drive, Moore, Oklahoma 73160, if living, and if deceased, their Unknown Heirs, Successors and Assigns. The above stated Defendants will take notice that the Plaintiff, FAA Credit Union, filed its Amended Petition in the District Court in and for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, against the above stated Defendants, and said Defendants must answer said Amended Petition on or before the 17th day of April, 2015, or said Amended Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendants, foreclosing their interest in the following described real estate, to wit: lot sixteen (16), in block six (6), of heatherwood addition section 1, to Moore, Cleveland County, STATE OF Oklahoma, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF. and a judgment will be rendered on the promissory note against the Defendant, Charles M. Hardrick, adjudging that default has been made in said note and mortgage; and that Plaintiff has a valid, prior and superior mortgage lien on said real estate in the amount of $119,021.82, with applicable interest, attorney’s fees and costs, for all of which judgment will be taken.
