NOTICE ESTABLISHING OFFICES OF THE DISTRICT TO THE RESIDENTS OF VERANDAH MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF HUNT COUNTY AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES: TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with V.T.C.A., Water Code, Chapter 49, as amended, the Board of Directors of Verandah Municipal Utility District of Hunt County (the District) has, on November 14, 2014, established the following offices outside the boundaries of the District, which may be used for the storage of District records, for the mailing address of the District, for meeting purposes, for the receipt and opening of public bids for the construction of facilities and for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District: Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP, 201 Main Street, Suite 2500, Forth Worth, Texas; Petitt Barraza LLC, 1651 N. Glenville Drive, Suite 208, Richardson, Texas 75081 and Dye & Bloomfield, LLC, 2309B Coit Road, Plano, Texas 75075. In addition, the District has also established additional offices outside the boundaries of the District at the following location for the purpose of conducting meetings, for opening of public bids for the construction of facilities and for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District: Centurion American Development Group, 1800 Valley View Lane, Suite 300, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234. All of said offices are declared to be public places and open to the public for the purpose of conducting meetings of the Board of Directors of the District.
