(Published in The Norman Transcript March 13, 20, 2015, 2t) PUBLIC NOTICE All interested persons are hereby given notice that Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency (COCAA), doing business as Central Oklahoma Transit System (COTS) is seeking financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, via the Section 5311- Nonurbanized Area formula Grant Program of the Transportation Efficiency Act for the 21st Century. Grant funds received will be used to provide financial assistance for a community transportation program. Any person desiring a public hearing to consider the social, economic and/or environmental effects of the proposed project may submit their request in writing to Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency (COCAA), P.O. Box 486, Shawnee, OK 74802, no later than April 2, 2015.
