PB-2015-46 (Published in the Friday editions of The Duncan Banner, March 13 and 20, 2015-2 times) IN THE DISTRICT COURT WITHIN AND FOR STEPHENS COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF HENRY BOYDSTON, Deceased Case No. PB-2015-46 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF HENRY BOYDSTON, DECEASED: YOU ARE NOTIFIED that on the 10th day of March, 2015, the Petitioner, Peggy Dean Land- Vegna, 18738 Hinton Street, Hesperia, CA 92345, filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Petitioner has alleged that Henry Boydston died testate on the 9th day of May, 1994, at the age of seventy-nine (79) years, while domiciled in Hesperia, San Bernardino County, State of California. Attached to the Petition is a copy of the Last Will and Testament of the decedent the original of which has been filed with the Court. The Petitioner has asked that the Court to admit this Will to probate and order summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S., Section 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order for a hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Henry Boydston, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, in care of LEACH & SULLIVAN, Limited Liability Partnership, P.O. Brent Russell in his Courtroom.
