Case No. CJ-13-1026 NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE NOTICE is hereby given that on the 15th day of April, 2015, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., at the Cleveland County Courthouse, the undersigned Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at time of sale, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisment, all that certain real estate situated in Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, to wit: LOT TWENTY-FIVE (25), IN BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17), OF STONE MEADOWS SOUTH SEC. 3 TO OKLAHOMA CITY, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF. 15913 Stoneview Drive Subject to taxes and tax sales, the property was duly appraised at $190,000. Sale will be made pursuant to Order of Sale issued upon Judgment entered in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, in the above entitled cause, wherein Bank of Americam N.A. was Plaintiff and Dennis J Smith AKA Dennis Jermaine Smith AKA Dennis Smit, Melissa Sue Smith AKA Melissa S Smith AKA Melissa Smith, State of Oklahoma ex rel Oklahoma Tax Commission, Unknown Occupant were Defendant(s), to satisfy the Judgment of the Plaintiff and the lien of the Defendants as follows: 1. To the payment of the costs of said sale in this action; 2. To the Plaintiff, the principal sum of $167,436.56 with 4.87500% interest per annum until paid, and late charges provided in the note, any amount Plaintiff may be required to advance for payment of taxes, insurance or preservation of the subject property, together with costs of this action; and 3.
