NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed by Jonathan Fillmore and Jessica Fillmore, husband and wife, to BancorpSouth Bank, dated the 2nd day of August, 2013, which Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 1715, at Page 621. The undersigned Mortgagee, BancorpSouth Bank, will, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, sell at auction to the highest bidder for cash before the main entrance of the Cullman County Courthouse in the City of Cullman, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on April 14, 2015, the real property described in said Mortgage, which said description is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, said property being situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 64, Derby Creek Estates Phase II, as recorded in Plat Book 2008, at Pages 1 and 2, Probate Office of Cullman County, Alabama. Subject to Restrictions of Derby Creek Estates recorded in Plat Book B-268-B in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama.
