NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Vigo County, on Cause No. 84D03-1012-MF-10887 wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon Fka The Bank Of New York, As Successor Trustee For Jpmorgan Chase Bank, N.A., As Trustee For Novastar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2006-2 Novastar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Cerificates, 2006-2, was Plaintiff and Donald D. Deakins, Capital One Bank, NA and Citifinancial Services Inc, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on April 16th, 2015 at the hour of 10am at Sheriff Department, 201 Cherry St., Terre Haute, IN 47807, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vigo County, Indiana.
