The Petitioner has alleged that Lavern Stacy Brown, departed this life in Lawton, State of Oklahoma, on the 4th day of May, 2013, at the age of 55 years, while domiciled in Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, and the total value of the decedent's property is less than $175,000.00. That the Petitioner alleges that Lavern Stacy Brown departed this life intestate. The Petitioner has asked that this Court to order summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S., Section 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, this Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order for a hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against, deceased, that resided in Stephens County, Oklahoma, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, in care of The Law Office of Joe K. That Lavern Stacy Brown, deceased, at the time of his death left an estate consisting of certain property rights in Stephens County, Oklahoma, the description of which is as follows, to wit: SURFACE AND SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY in and to: Lot 1, Block 93, to the City of Comanche, Stephens County, Oklahoma.
