(Published in The Norman Transcript March 19, 2015, 1t) REQUEST FOR SPECIAL USE NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed Special Use will be considered at a Public Hearing at the Planning Commission meeting on the 9th day of April, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Norman Municipal Building, 201 West Gray Street, Norman, Oklahoma. At that meeting, any and all persons may appear and protest or support the passage of said Ordinance. Any protest must be in writing and filed with the City Clerk prior to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2015, in order to be reported to the Planning Commission. Any protests received after that deadline will be reported to the City Council. Please be advised that e-mail transmissions cannot be considered as legal protest or support. The Ordinance will grant Special Use for an Off-Street Parking Lot in the R-3, Multi-Family Dwelling District, except the patio for Othellos Restaurant, for said property more particularly described as follows, to wit: The North 28 feet of Lot Forty-four (44) and the South 36 feet of Lot Forty-five (45) in Block One (1) of LARSHS UNIVERSITY ADDITION, to the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. LESS AND EXCEPT: The East 55 feet of the South 25 feet of the following-described tract: The North 28 feet of Lot 44 and the South 36 feet of Lot 45, Block 1, LARSHS UNIVERSITY ADDITION to the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. Said tract containing 0.18 acres more or less.
