PO-4235 (Published in the Thursday edition of The Duncan Banner, March 19, 2015-1 time) NOTICE TO BID Bid No. 2015-27 March 16, 2015 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Stephens County Commissioners will accept bids for the purchase of (1) New Articulated Frame, Six Wheel Drive Motor Grader, with a 3 year lease purchase option. Upon acceptance of bid, Motor Grader is to be delivered F.O.B. to Stephens County District #1 Yard, 1208 S Railroad St., Marlow, Oklahoma. PLEASE STATE YOUR DELIVERY DATE IN BID, AS THIS COULD BE A FACTOR IN AWARD OF BID. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: These specification shall describe an Articulated Frame, Six Wheel Drive Motor Grader in sufficient detail to secure bids on comparable equipment. All parts not specifically mentioned, which are necessary to provide a complete Motor Grader shall be included in the bid and shall conform in strength and quality of material and workmanship to what is usually provided the trade in generaL NOTE: EXACT SPECIFICATIONS MAYBE OBTAINED IN THE STEPHENS COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE, Courthouse, 101 S. 11th, Room 203, Duncan, Oklahoma 73533. LEASE PURCHASE OPTION: Lease Purchase Agreement for Equipment form must be complete and signed by the Lessor. The form must be returned with the bid and become the basis for future payments. Please show interest rate & monthly payment with a 3 year option. Bids will be opened on Monday, the 30th day of March, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the County Commissioners' Office during the Board's regularly scheduled meeting. Bids shall be presented and/or filed up to that time in the Stephens County Clerk's Office, both offices being in the Stephens County Courthouse, 101 S. 11th, Duncan, Oklahoma. All bids received after that time will be rejected. All bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked BID on the outside. The Board of County Commissioners will review all bids submitted and select the bid that best meets or exceeds the required minimum specifications.
