(Published in The Norman Transcript March 19, 2015, 1t) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the Planning Commission of Moore, Oklahoma on April 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to consider: REZONING APPLICATION NO: RZ-922 REZONING FROM: C-5 AUTOMOTIVE AND COMMERCIAL RECREATION DISTRICT REZONING TO: C-5/SUP AUTOMOTIVE AND COMMERCIALRECREATON DISTRICT/ WITH A SPECIAL USE PERMIT PROPOSED USE: CELL TOWER APPLICANT: BRANCH COMMUNICATONS, LLC LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A tract of land lying in and being a part of Lot EIGHTEEN (18) of Block FORTY-FOUR (44) in REGENCY PARK, SECTION 5 an, Addition to Moore, in the South Half (S/2) of Section 10, Township 10 North, Range 3 West of the Indian Base and Meridian, as described in Book 5357, Page 731, Deed Records of Cleveland County, Oklahoma; Said tract being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a Cut “X” found for the Southeast corner of the SW/4 of said Section 10; Thence N89°55’40” W on the South line of said SW/4, a distance of 50.94 feet to a point on said South line; Thence N 00°04’20” E perpendicular to said South line, a distance of 200.19 feet to a 3/8” iron rod with cap found for the Southeast corner of the Parent Tract Boundary, said corner being the Point of Beginning; Thence S 89°29’11” W on said Parent Tract Boundary line a distance of 50.00 feet to a 1/2” iron rod with cap set for the Southwest corner; Thence N 00°30’49” W a distance of 50.00 feet to a 1/2” iron rod with cap set for the Northwest corner; Thence N 89°29’11” E a distance of 50.00 feet to a 1/2“ iron rod with cap set on the Easterly Parent Tract Boundary line for the Northeast corner; Thence S 00°30’49” E on said Easterly Parent Tract Boundary line a distance of 50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 2,500.00 feet or 0.057 acres, more or less. Any person wishing to appear in support or opposition to the proposed change may do so in the City Council Chambers, 301 North Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma. After due deliberation, the Planning Commission will forward its recommendation to the City Council which will hold a meeting on May 4, 2015 at 6:30p.m. Protest against such change in zoning shall be filed at least three (3) days before the date of the City Council hearing.
