(Published in The Norman Transcript March 19, 2015, 1t) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the Planning Commission of Moore, Oklahoma on April 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to consider: REZONING APPLICATION NO: RZ-921 REZONING FROM: A-1 RURAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT REZONING TO: C-3/PU GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT/ WITH A PERMISSIVE USE PROPOSED USE: MINI-STORAGE APPLICANT: BOB GARRETT LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Part of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Ten (10) North, Range Two (2) West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW/4), thence South 208 feet 8 inches, thence East 1043 feet 4 inches, thence North 208 feet 8 inches, thence West 1043 feet 4 inches, to place of beginning. LESS the West 50 feet thereof conveyed to the Department of Transportation of the State of Oklahoma being further described as: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW/4) Southwest Quarter (SW/4), thence South along the West line of said Northwest Quarter (NW/4) Southwest Quarter (SW/4) a distance of 208.67 feet, Thence East a distance of 50.00 feet, thence N 00°17’45”W a distance of 208.67 feet to a point on the North line of said Northwest Quarter (NW/4) Southwest Quarter (SW/4), thence West along said North line a distance of 50.00 feet to point of beginning. Any person wishing to appear in support or opposition to the proposed change may do so in the City Council Chambers, 301 North Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma. After due deliberation, the Planning Commission will forward its recommendation to the City Council which will hold a meeting on May 4, 2015 at 6:30p.m. Protest against such change in zoning shall be filed at least three (3) days before the date of the City Council hearing.
