NOTICE TO BIDDERS City of Gainesville, Texas Gainesville Municipal Airport Hay Lease Bid No. 2015-02 Sealed bids will be accepted until 2 p.m., Monday, April 6, 2015 in the Office of the City Secretary, 200 S. Rusk, Gainesville, Texas, for the following: Agricultural Ground Lease for the production of hay at the Gainesville Municipal Airport. Lease payments will be a percentage of hay crop production at fair market value. The term of the lease will be for five (5) years, beginning May 17, 2015.
