Hambrick (deceased) TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by the above named Plaintiff in the above-styled case, you must answer said Petition on or before May 15, 2015, or said Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendants, foreclosing their interest in the following described real estate, to wit: A TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT A POINT 464.1 FEET SOUTH AND 25.00 FEET WEST OF THE NE/CORNER OF THE S1/2 E1/2 OF LOT 1, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 7 WEST, I.M. STEPHENS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA; THENCE WEST PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION A DISTANCE OF 180.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION A DISTANCE OF 75.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION A DISTANCE OF 180.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION A DISTANCE OF 75.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND A TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING 464.10 FEET SOUTH AND 275.00 FEET EAST OF THE NW/CORNER OF THE S1/2 E1/2 OF LOT 1 SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 7 WEST, I.M. STEPHENS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA; THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION A DISTANCE OF 75.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION A DISTANCE OF 180.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION A DISTANCE OF 75.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE WEST PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION DISTANCE 180.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. And a judgment will be rendered on the promissory note against the above named Defendants, adjudging that default has been made in said note and mortgage, and that Plaintiff has a valid, prior and superior mortgage lien on said real estate in the principal sum of $48,605.06, with interest thereon at 6.35000%, interest per annum from May 1, 2014, until paid, late charges as provided in the note, and any amounts which Plaintiff may be required to advance for payment of taxes, insurance or preservation of the subject property, together with costs of this action, for all of which judgment will be taken. A judgment will be rendered against above named Defendants, adjudging any right, title or interest in and to the subject property claimed by said Defendants to be junior and inferior to the mortgage lien and judgment of Plaintiff, and that upon confirmation of such sale, all Defendants herein, and all persons claiming by, through or under them since the commencement of this action be forever barred, foreclosed and enjoined from asserting or claiming any right, title, interest, estate or equity of redemption in or to said premises, or any part thereof.
