(the “Property”), the allegations of the Petition of the Plaintiff will be taken as true and judgment rendered as requested in rem, the principal sum of Three Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Seven and 13/100 Dollars ($377,577.13) together with interest, abstract expense, attorney fees and costs, and the above-named Defendants’ respective interests in the Property will be foreclosed.
