STATE OF ALABAMA MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE CULLMAN COUNTY WHEREAS, on the 29th day of March, 2002, Jerry Neal Boyd and Judy Boyd, married, did execute and deliver to MERCHANTS BANK of Alabama, a mortgage on real estate hereinafter described, which mortgage appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 1240 Page 669. WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of said mortgage in favor of MERCHANTS BANK of Alabama, provided therein, which default continues at this date, and said mortgage is subject to foreclosure. NOW, THEREFORE, three weeks notice is hereby given that the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door of the Cullman County Courthouse, Cullman, Alabama, within the legal hours of sale, to-wit: Eleven O'clock A.M. to Four O’clock PM, on the 15th day of April, 2015, the real estate mortgaged by the mortgage, being more particularly described as lying and being situated in the County of Cullman, State of Alabama, to-wit: Begin where the North line of Highway 69 crosses the West line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 12, Range 5 West, which point is 540 feet North of the Southwest corner of said forty; thence in a Northeasterly direction along the North line of said Highway 597 feet to the West line of G. R. Post property; thence North to the North line of said forty; thence West to the Northwest corner of said forty; thence South along the West line of said forty to North line of Highway 69 and the point of beginning. Situated in Cullman County, Alabama. Together with all and singular the improvements thereon or appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining.
