AVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Town of Savanna / Savanna Public Works Authority (herein called the "OWNER") desires to construct water and sanitary sewer utility relocations at the following area: €Southbound exit ramp to C-Tree Road ³U.S. Army Ammunition Plant² from U.S. Highway 69 BIDS will be received by the Town of Savanna / Savanna PWA (herein called the "OWNER"), at the Office of the Town Clerk, Savanna Town Hall, 103 E. ³H² Street, Savanna, Oklahoma, 74565 until 2:00 pm C.D.T. on April 14, 2015 for: U.S. HIGHWAY 69 & C-TREE ROAD UTILITY RELOCATION PROJECT Bidders must be on the Poe&Associates, Inc. BIDDER¹S LIST in order for bid to be accepted. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations: -SW Construction News Plan Room -Bid News Plan Room -Dodge McGraw Hill Plan Room -Town of Savanna, Town Hall, U.S. Highway 69, Savanna, Oklahoma, 74565-0246 ³by appointment only² -Poe& Associates, Inc., 4606 S. Garnett Road, Suite 600, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74146-5200 CONTRACT DOCUMENTS are available for download and printing by going to the website of the ENGINEER www.poeandassociates.com and then clicking on the BID DOCUMENTS link. The cost per download is $35.00. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may also be obtained at the office of the ENGINEER, Poe&Associates, Inc., 4606 S. Garnett Road, Suite 600, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74146-5200, telephone 918-665-8800. The cost for paper copies from the ENGINEER is $100.00 per set. There is no refund of costs for returned CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. Each BID must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be plainly marked on the outside as: BID for U.S. HIGHWAY 69& C-TREE ROAD UTILITY RELOCATION PROJECT BIDS OPENED ON: APRIL 14, 2015 Each sealed envelope containing a BID shall include, on the outside of the envelope, the name, address, and if applicable, the license number of the BIDDER. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the BID must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Town Clerk's Office, Town of Savanna, P.O. Box 246, Savanna, Oklahoma, 74565-0246. All BIDS must be made on the required BID FORM and in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS furnished by the Town of Savanna. All blank spaces for BID prices must be filled in, in ink or typewritten, and the BID FORM must be fully completed and executed when submitted. Only one copy of the BID FORM is required. The OWNER may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all BIDS, without penalty. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of BIDS or authorized postponement thereof. Any BID received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. The BIDS filed with the Town of Savanna Town Clerk will be opened at 2:00 pm C.D.T. on April 14, 2015 at the Town of Savanna, Town Hall, 103 E. ³H² Street, Savanna, Oklahoma, 74565. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 2:00pm C.D.T. on April 7, 2015 at the Town of Savanna, Town Hall.
