NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Greenbrier Bar-B-Que, Inc. to Bank Independent on the 20th day of February, 2012, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 2012, Page 8617; Further, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Greenbrier Bar-B-Que, Inc. to Bank Independent on the 20th day of December, 2013, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 2014, Page 243; Further, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Greenbrier Bar-B-Que, Inc. to Bank Independent on the 4th day of August, 2014, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 2014, Page 34335, the undersigned Bank Independent, as mortgagee under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgages, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Courthouse at Athens, Limestone County, Alabama, on the 16th day of April, 2015, during the legal hours of sale the following described real estate situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: A tract of land lying in the Northeaster Quarter of Section 4, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, and being more particularly described as follows, Beginning at an existing railroad spike at the Northeast corner of Section 4, Township 5 South, Range 3 West thence North 89 degrees 06 minutes 35 seconds West along the North boundary of Section 4 a distance of 1549.08 feet to an iron pin, the Point of True Beginning of the tract herein described.
