BALTODANO, et al, Defts. Index #1219/09. Pursuant to judgment of foreclosure and sale entered Mar. 12, 2013, I will sell at public auction in the entrance to the County Office Building, 197 Main St., Cooperstown, NY on April 9th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., prem. k/a 89 West Main St., Milford, NY a/k/a Section 194.20, Block 1, Lot 29.00. Said point is 0.30 ft. on a bearing of SW from where a 7/8 steel rod was found in the easterly bounds of lands now or formerly of Stephen D. Green, Re: L640 P361. Thence northerly along the easterly bounds of said Green s land, Re: L640 P361 on a bearing of NE, a distance of 71.85 ft. to a point in the northeast corner of said Green s land, Re: L640 P361. Thence, westerly along the northerly bounds of said Green s Land, Re: L640 P361 on a bearing of NW, a distance of 21.63 ft. to a point being a corner of the herein described parcel which is a corner of lands now or formerly of Stephen D. McArthur Re: L878 P72. Thence, southerly, easterly and southerly along the westerly bounds of said McArthur s land the following courses and distances: 1) SW, 113.52 ft. to a 7/8 steel rod. 2) SE, 17.73 ft. to a 7/8 steel rod. 3) SW, 22.50 ft. to a 7/8 steel rod. 4) SE, 3.00 ft. to a 7/8 steel rod. 5) SW, 47.02 ft. to the point and place of beginning containing 0.2764 Acre of land.
