NOTICE is given that John Christian, Sheriff of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, has returned and presented for confirmation, and filed in said Court his Return of Sale of the following described real estate, to-wit: All of Lot 37 in Block 1, Country Place Addition to Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. That said property was sold by the Sheriff, on the 25th day of March, 2015, after due and proper Notice of Sale, to Johnson Land Co., LLC, who was the highest and best bidder therefor, for the total sum of $15,000.00. That a Motion to Confirm Sale was filed herein by Plaintiff, and that on the 21st day of April, 2015, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the District Courtroom of the Pontotoc County Courthouse, Ada, Oklahoma, hearing will be held on the Return of Sale and Motion to Confirm Sale, at which time any person interested may appear and file his/her exceptions in writing to said return and confirmation, and contest the same, and are hereby referred to said return for further particulars.
