Broadway Ada, Oklahoma, 74820 BID DATE: December 12, 2013 @ 2:00 pm PLACE OF BID: Conference Room Housing Annex Building 1629 N. Broadway Ada, Oklahoma 74820 A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on December 3, 2013 at 10:00pm CST in the Conference Room at the Housing Annex Building located at 1629 N. Broadway, Ada, Oklahoma. An ON-SITE MEETING will be held on December 3, 2013 at 2:00pm at the project site located in Lebanon, OK. Prospective Bidders need to contact Barrett Williamson Architects at 405-360-1566 for bid documents. Any unsuccessful bidder shall return the bidding documents to the architect’s office upon completion of the bidding process. Bid documents may be examined at the Housing Annex Building between the hours of 8:00-5:00. The owner shall consider best bid as bid amount, days to complete, and ability of the contractor to deliver a quality finished project. The bidder must agree in writing that any bids submitted by him will be irrevocable until the Contract has been awarded or all bids have been rejected. A period for this determination will not exceed forty five (45) days after date of the bid opening. Bid security in the form of a certified check or bank draft payable to the Chickasaw Nation, U.S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities are retained until the contract is awarded.
