(Published in the Stillwater News Press April 02, 09, 2015 2t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF PAYNE COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA PAYNE COUNTY BANK, a state banking corporation, Plaintiff, vs. CURTIS CAVETT a/k/a CURTIS D. CVETT, and ANGIE G. CAVETT, husband and wife, Defendants. Case No. CJ-2014-451 NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE is given that on the 5th day of May, 2015, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. at the East door of the Payne County Courthouse at Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at the time of sale, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, the following-described real property situated in Payne County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Four (4) East of the Indian Meridian, Payne County, Oklahoma, according to the United States Government survey thereof, less and except all oil, gas and other minerals subject to taxes and tax sales. Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon judgment entered in the District Court of Payne County in Case No. CJ-2014-451, wherein PAYNE COUNTY BANK, as Plaintiff, and CURTIS CAVETT a/k/a CURTIS D. CAVETT and ANGIE G. CAVETT were Defendants, Plaintiff recovered judgment upon its Note and Mortgage in said Court against said Defendants, CURTIS CAVETT a/k/a CURTIS D. CAVETT and ANGIE G. CAVETT, and in personam and in rem as to said Defendants in the amount of $27,275.10, together with accrued interest thereon from and after the 9th day of September, 2014, at a daily interest accrual in the amount of $6.48 per day or 10.00% per annum, any sum which the Plaintiff has been forced to incur for abstracting expense, any sum which the Plaintiff has been forced to incur for the payment of ad valorem taxes on the above-described property, and the sum of $3,500.00 as a reasonable attorneys fee for the use and benefit of the attorney for the Plaintiff, and for all other costs and accruing costs of this action.
