GIPSON, Deceased; and PATSY R. BROCKWAY and KENNETH KARL GIPSON, if any be living, or, if deceased, their unknown successors. You and each of you are hereby notified that Gloria J. Trujillo and Robert Trujillo, as Plaintiffs, have filed in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, their Second Amended Petition to determine the heirs of the above-named decedents, and seeking to adjudge the interest of the Plaintiffs and Defendants in and to the surface and surface rights in and to the following-described real property situated in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The SE/4 SE/4 of Section 9, Township 1 North, Range 7 East, LESS a one-acre tract of land located in the SW/4 SE/4 SE/4 of Section 9, Township 1 North, Range 7 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 896 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Section 9; thence North 208.71 feet; thence West 208.71 feet; thence South 208.71 feet; thence East 208.71 feet to the point of beginning, and the N/2 NE/4 and the SE/4 NE/4 of Section 16, Township 1 North, Range 7 East, and that the unknown successors of the above-named decedents have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim assessment or interest therein and that they be barred and enjoined from asserting any right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest therein, and that the Court order a partition on the surface rights in said property. That said Defendants, and each of you, must answer the Second Amended Petition filed by the Plaintiffs on or before the 26th day of December, 2013, or said Second Amended Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered determining the death and heirship of the above-named decedents, quieting Plaintiffs’ and the other interest owners’ title and adjudging and decreeing the Plaintiffs and the other owners to be the owner of the legal title in fee simple in and to the above-described properties, and barring and enjoining the unknown successors of the above-named decedents from asserting any right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest therein, and ordering a partition of said property.
