LAURENS FIRE DISTRICT NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Laurens Fire District at a Special Meeting held on April 2, 2015 at the Laurens Firehouse, 34 Main St., Laurens, NY, adopted the following Resolution, subject to a permissive referendum: RESOLUTION A Resolution, adopted subject to a permissive referendum, authorizing the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Laurens Fire District to purchase a certain 1988 (refurbished 2000) Pierce Dash 2000 Gallon Pumper Tanker from the Cobb Island, MD Volunteer Fire Department for the sum of $55,000.00, said sum to be paid from the District's Capital Reserve Fund.
