LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF MEREDITH SEEKING TOWN INSURANCE BIDS Pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, the Town of Meredith Town Board is soliciting sealed bids for the Town of Meredith Insurance Policies. Bids should include quotes on the following Coverages: -Commercial Package -Public Officials Liability -Owners and Contractors Protective -Surety Bond- Public Officials -New York Motor Vehicle Fee -New York Fire Insurance Fee All bids must meet New York State specifications and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusive Certificate. Sealed bids must be marked TOWN INSURANCE. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Accepted bids will run from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016. Bids must be received in Town Hall no later than Tuesday, April 14, 2015 by 5pm. Bids will be opened at the Meredith Town Board Meeting at 7pm on April 14, 2015.
