It is the policy of Renaissance Care Center to admit and treat all residents without regard to race, color, or creed, national origin, age or disability. The same requirement of admission are applied to all and the residents are assigned with the nursing facility without distinction. There is no distinction in eligibility for or in the manner of providing any resident service by or through the nursing facility; all facilities of Renaissance Care Center are available to all residents, employees, and visitors on an equal basis. Any person or organization that have occasion to refer residents for admission to Renaissance Care Center and any independent contractor to which Renaissance Care Center assigns a contract is advised that all residents must be treated to race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age or disability. Renaissance Care Center does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, or age in admission, access, treatment or employment in its programs. Cyndy Gideon, Administrator, has been assigned to coordinate efforts to comply with section 504 of the discrimination on the basis of disability. In accordance with Americans with disabilities Act of 1990, section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Civil Rights Act of 1964 Title VI and IX, Discrimination Act of 1975.
