Case No.: CV-2015-28G SERVICE OF SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION NOTICE STATE OF OKLAHOMA to: The unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors, assigns, creditors and claimants, immediate and remote, of DORIS ALINE FIELDS, formerly DORIS ALINE COFFER, s/p/a DORIS COFFER, deceased. You, and each of you, will take notice that you have been sued in the above-entitled cause in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, by the above named Plaintiff for the purpose of obtaining a judgment in said Court decreeing the following: (a) That the Plaintiff is the owner and is in possession of the following described real property situated in Stephens County, Oklahoma, to-wit: SURFACE AND SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY in and to: The W/2 NW/4 SW/4 of Section 33, Township 1 South, Range 6 West, I. M., Stephens County, Oklahoma (hereinafter referred to as the "Real Property"), and determining that you have no right, title or interest therein, and for the further purpose of determining and decreeing the death and heirship of DORIS ALINE FIELDS, formerly DORIS ALINE COFFER, s/p/a DORIS COFFER, deceased, and determining that no other person or persons, if any, inherited, or were entitled to inherit, any right, title, interest or estate, if any, in and to the Real Property as heirs of the said DORIS ALINE FIELDS, formerly DORIS ALINE COFFER, s/p/a DORIS COFFER, deceased, other than the parties named in Plaintiff's Petition; (b) That the right, title, interest and estate of the Plaintiff in and to the Real Property is valid, perfect and superior to the right, title and interest of the Defendants, and each of them, including yourselves, therein; and for the further purpose of determining and decreeing that said Plaintiff is now the owner as set forth above of the Real Property; and for the further purpose of forever barring, enjoining and restraining the Defendants, and each of them, including yourselves, from setting up, asserting or claiming any right, title or interest in and to the Real Property adverse to the right and title of the Plaintiff thereto; (c) Determining that any interest you have or may claim to have in and to the Real Property is barred by the statutes of limitation of the State of Oklahoma; and (d) Decreeing the Plaintiff such other further relief as may be equitable and proper.
