Taylor a/k/a Willie James Taylor, deceased, You and each of you take notice that you have been sued in the District Court within and for Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, in an action wherein Lisa E. Simmons, is the Defendant and Third Party Plaintiff and the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and assigns, immediate and remote, known and unknown of Willie J. Taylor a/k/a Willie James Taylor, deceased, is one of the Third Party Defendants, for the following purposes: (a) Entering a judgment and decree that the Joint Tenancy Quit Claim Deed dated the 4th day of July, 2011, from Willie James Taylor to Lisa E. Simmons, Willie J. Spann, Teresa M. Bowens, Carol A. Taylor and Stephanie Taylor-Yates, as joint tenants, and recorded in Book 4186 at Page 38 of the records in the office of the County Clerk of Stephens County, Oklahoma, should be reformed to correctly describe that portion of the property conveyed therein, which is situate in Block 2 of Interurban Addition to the City of Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, as follows, to wit: Lot One (1) and the East Twenty-five (25) feet of Lot Two (2), in Block Two (2), Interurban Addition to the City of Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma; and, (b) Entering a judgment and decree determining the death, date thereof and heirship of Willie J. Taylor a/k/a Willie James Taylor, deceased; and, (c) Entering a judgment and decree quieting the Defendant and Third Party Plaintiffs, Lisa E. Simmons, the Plaintiffs, Willie J. Spann, and the Defendants', Teresa M. Bowens, Carol A. Taylor and Stephanie Taylor-Yates, title in and to the following described property situated in Stephens County, Oklahoma, to wit: Lot One (1) and the East Twenty-five (25) feet of Lot Two (2), in Block Two (2), Interurban Addition to the City of Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma; and, and determining that you have no right, title or interest therein. (d) Decreeing the Defendant and Third Party Plaintiff, Lisa E. Simmons, such other and further relief as may be equitable and just in the premises. You and each of you are here by notified that you must answer the Third Party Petition of the Defendant and Third Party Plaintiff, Lisa E. Simmons, filed and on file herein, on or before the 25th day of May, 2015, or said Third Party Petition will be taken as true and a judgment and a decree entered against you reforming the deed aforesaid, determining the death, date thereof and heirship of Willie J. Taylor a/k/a Willie James Taylor, deceased, and quieting the Defendant and Third Party Plaintiffs, Plaintiff's and Defendant's title to the above-described property as set out herein and set out in the Third Party Petition filed and on file herein.
