Case No. CJ-2013-97 NOTICE OF SALE OF LAND UNDER EXECUTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of a Writ of Special Execution and Order of Sale in Foreclosure issued out of the District Court of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma on October 8, 2013 in an action wherein B. Marilyn Steen, Trustee of The Betsy Marilyn Steen Family Trust is Plaintiff and Darel E. Taylor, et al, are Defendants, directed to me, the undersigned Sheriff of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, commanding me to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described real and personal property located in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma: Real Property All of Lot 11 of Block 96, in the City of Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, according to the official plat and survey thereof. Taylor and Patrick J. Taylor obtained and made in said Court on October 3, 2013 on Plaintiffs cause of action wherein the Court found there was due the total principal sum of $60,094.79 inclusive of interest and late fees through May 21, 2013, plus interest accruing thereafter at the contractual rate specifically set forth in the Journal Entry of Judgment on the unpaid balance; and for an attorney's fee and costs incurred through date of judgment in the amount of $5,827.84; and for all costs accrued and accruing until paid, including property preservation costs to be advanced by Plaintiff. In said proceedings the Court further found there was due from either one or both Defendants, Darel E. Taylor and Patrick J. Taylor, additional sums to each of the other Defendants named above, all of which sums are more fully set forth in the Journal Entry of Judgment filed in the office of the Clerk of the Pontotoc County District Court on October 3, 2013. I will on the March 5, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 oclock a.m. of said day at the Courthouse in Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs, and attorneys fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of the real property being the sum of $62,000.00 and the total appraised value of the personal property being the sum of $25,000.00.
