Case No. CV-2014-12 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The Heirs, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns, and the Unknown Successors of JOHN ALBERSON, Full Blood Chickasaw Indian, Roll No. 409, Deceased GREETINGS: You and each of you will hereby take notice that you have been sued in the above named court by the above named Plaintiff and you must answer its Petition filed thereon on or before the 7th day of March, 2014, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered accordingly adjudging that the Plaintiffs, Lord N Rainey Tree Service, Inc. and its Successor in Interest Rainey Tree Service, Inc., is the legal and equitable owners, in possession and entitled to possession of the following described real property and premises situated in Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit: All that part of the SW/4 of NW/4 of SW/4 lying West of State Highway No. 3 and a part of the NW/4 of SW/4 of SW/4 of Section 28, Township 3 North, Range 7 East of the I.B.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said NW/4 of SW/4 of SW/4; thence South along the West line thereof 200 feet; thence at right angle East 200 feet; thence at right angle North to the West right-of-way line of State Highway No. 3; thence in a Northwesterly direction along said right-of-way line to the North line of said NW/4 of SW/4 of SW/4; thence West about 86 feet to the poing of beginning and quieting and confirming Plaintiffs’ title and possession therein and adjudging that you have no valid claim of right, title, lien or interest in or to any of the above described real property, and forever barring and enjoining you, and each of you, and all persons claiming by, through or under you, from now or hereafter asserting or attempting to assert any claim of right, title, lien or interest in or to said above described real property adverse to the Plaintiffs and for such other and further relief as to which the court deems just and proper.
