Case No. FA-20013-15 NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR ORDER WAIVING INTERLOCUTORY DECREE OF ADOPTION, WAIVING WAITING PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS, AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Tennille Susanne Nohmer YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, for the adoption of D.N.N. a minor female child born on January 30, 2005, and D.N.N., a minor male child born on December 1, 2006, both of whom you are the biological parent, together with an Application for Order Waiving Interlocutory Decree of Adoption, Waiving Waiting Period of Six Months, and for the Issuance of a Final Decree of Adoption. It is alleged that the Court should waive the Interlocutory Decree of Adoption, waive the six month continuing investigation, and enter a Final Decree of Adoption for the reason that it is in the best interest of the minor child to do so. A hearing on the Application for Order Waiving Interlocutory Decree of Adoption, Waiving Waiting Period of Six Months, and for the Issuance of a Final Decree of Adoption is set for the 18th day of February, 2014 at the hour of 10:30 o’clock a.m. in the District Courtroom in the District Courthouse of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma in Ada, Oklahoma.
