____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR PONTOTOC COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA Vision Bank, N.A. Plaintiff, vs. Jeromy Shane Jackson; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., B.L.Ely d/b/a Accounts Collection, Specialists, Defendants. Case No. CJ – 2013- 177 NOTICE OF SALE OF LAND UNDER EXECUTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of a Writ of Special Execution and Order of Sale in Foreclosure issued out of the District Court of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma on January 24, 2014 in an action wherein Vision Bank, N.A. is Plaintiff and Jeromy Shane Jackson et al are Defendants, directed to me, the undersigned Sheriff of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, commanding me to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described real property located in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma: All of Lot 106 in Paradise Hills Subdivision, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. This property is more commonly known as 14578 County Road 1569, Ada, Oklahoma, to satisfy judgments and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Jeromy Shane Jackson obtained and made in said Court on January 3, 2014 on Plaintiff’s cause of action wherein the Court found there was due to Plaintiff the total principal sum of $189,006.89 inclusive of interest and late fees through December 13, 2013, plus interest accruing thereafter at the contractual rates specifically set forth in the Journal Entry of Judgment on the unpaid balance; together with the an attorney's fee and costs incurred through date of judgment in the amount of $3,683.44, plus the sum of $1,584.57 advanced by Plaintiff for ad valorem taxes; and for all costs accrued and accruing until paid, including property preservation costs to be advanced by Plaintiff. In said proceedings the Court further found there was due from Defendant, Jeromy Shane Jackson, additional sums to each of the other Defendants named above, all of which sums are more fully set forth in the Journal Entry of Judgment filed in the office of the Clerk of the Pontotoc County District Court on January 3, 2014. I will on the 5th day of March, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock a.m. of said day at the Courthouse in Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs, and attorney’s fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of the real property to be sum of $190,000.00.
