NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant is requesting that the Commission grant an exception to OCC-OGR Rule No. 165:10-5-6 insofar as same requires a mechanical integrity test of the East Fitts Unit 31-4 well as an injection well by allowing said well to inject into the Viola Limestone as previously authorized by Order No. 324526, as modified by Order No. 408849, as long as said well passes a mechanical integrity test of that portion of the well bore above the upper packer at 2,751 feet and passes a radioactive tracer survey for water injected into the Viola Limestone common source of supply below said packer, and possibly making the Order effective on some date prior to the entry of the final order. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant is requesting the following special relief: Possibly providing that said Order be made effective on some date prior to the entry of the final order. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant or Applicant's attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and phone number. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause will be set before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket on the First Floor, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at 8:30 a.m. on the 26th day of March, 2014, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.
