____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ SOLICITATION FOR BIDS (BID NOTICE) Sealed bids will be received by the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB) until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 for: Massad Chapel Operating, LLC Wilson Richard Ogee Family Trust MNA Associates, LLC OERB Project #N046 N053 M081.1 N004 M043 Pontotoc County Work on this project includes dispersing weathered hydrocarbons, closing pits, removing metal and wood debris, burying concrete, removing location pads and abandoned flowlines, constructing ponds and terraces, grading, applying amendments, seeding, and fertilizing. The estimate of cost is over $30,000.00. The OERB is no longer sending hard copies of the scopes-of-work or bid forms. All contractors must submit an online application prior to bidding on OERB projects. Visit OERBs website @ http://oerb.com/WellSiteCleanup/tabid/60/Default.aspx to register. Once registered, contractors will be able to view this documentation. Contact the OERB at 405-942-5323 if you have any questions or problems registering. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the site on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. beginning at the Massad Project. Only those firms represented at the pre-bid conference will be permitted to bid on the project. Directions to the site are included in the Bid Documents. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form included in the Bid Documents and in strict compliance with instructions on the form. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the OERB office, 500 NE 4th Street, Suite 100, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, immediately following the closing time stated above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. If the bid exceeds $30,000.00, a cashiers check, a certified check or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. A contract must be executed within twenty (20) days following the award to the successful bidder.
