____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ OKLAHOMA CITY WATER UTILITIES TRUST NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the McGee Creek Authority (Authority) will electronically receive and open sealed Bids for the construction of: McGee Creek Authority Project WMC-019 McGee Creek Operation and Maintenance (O & M) Facility Improvements in the Office of the City Clerk, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, 200 N. Walker, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, until 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of June, 2014. Bids shall be opened electronically at the above stated time for receipt of Bids or as soon thereafter as practicable. Bids shall be made in accordance with this Notice to Bidders and the Bidding Documents which are on file online at http://www.bidsync.com and available for examination. Bidders shall be prequalified in accordance with City of Oklahoma City Ordinance No. 20,815. Bidders shall be preregistered for Electronic Bidding Process at http://bidsync.com. Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held May 29, 2014, at 2:00 p.m., at the Utilities Department, 420 West Main, Suite 500, Conference Room A, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, which is a prequalification requirement. Additional information is contained in the Bidding Documents. Prior to bidding this project, Bidders must carefully read the Bidding Documents (and addenda, if any) and the City of Oklahoma City Standard Specifications for Public Improvements prior to bidding this project.
