The Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, and Assigns of Delbert Collie Thompson, Deceased, and The State of Oklahoma ex rel. Oklahoma Tax Commission, Defendants. Case No. PB-2014-29 NOTICE The State of Oklahoma: TO: The Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of Delbert Collie Thompson, Deceased, and to all persons claiming any right, title or interest in and to the real estate hereinafter described. You and each of your are hereby notified that Sherrill Boyce Thompson and Patricia Lavoyce Ryles, as Plaintiffs, have filed in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, their Petition seeking the determination of death of the above-named decedent in and to the following described real property situated in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma: A part of the E/2 NE/4 of Section 14, Township 3 North, Range 6 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning on the South boundary line of Highways No. 3 and 99 at a point 50 feet South of the point of intersection of SAP 794 and FAP 236-B, 843 feet in a Southeasterly direction on the South boundary line of State Highway No. 99; thence to the right 90° 437 feet; thence to the left 93° Southwest 155 feet; continuing thence Southwesterly 200 feet; thence to the left 93° Southeast 410 feet; thence to the left 87° a distance of 200 feet for the point of beginning; thence to the left 93° a distance of 75 feet; thence to the left 87° a distance of 100 feet; thence to the left 93° a distance of 75 feet; thence to the left a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning; and A part of the E/2 NE/4 of Section 14, Township 3 North, Range 6 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, beginning on the South boundary line of Highways No. 19 and 48 at a point 50 feet South of the point of intersection of SAP No. 794 and FAP 236-B, 943 feet in a Southeasterly direction on the South boundary line of State Highway No. 48, the point of beginning; thence 90° to the right Northwest a distance of 140 feet; thence 90° to the left Southwest a distance of 100 feet; thence 90° to the left Southeast a distance of 140 feet; thence 90° to the left Northeast a distance of 100 feet to the place of beginning; and to determine the heirs of the above-named decedent and to adjudge the Plaintiffs to be the owners of the legal title in fee simple in and to the above-described property; and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein and that they be barred and enjoined from asserting any right, title, claim or interest therein. That said Petition has by Order of the District Judge been set for hearing on the 16th day of June, 2014 at 9:00 o’clock a.m. in the District Courtroom, Probate Division, Third Floor, in the County Courthouse in the City of Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. You and each of you must be present for said hearing and show cause why said Petition should not be taken as true and the relief therein requested granted, or you must file an Answer to the Petition before said hearing date in the office of the undersigned Court Clerk or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered determining the death and heirship of Delbert Collie Thompson and quieting the Plaintiff’s title to all the above-described property.
